Varför gör man ofta som strutsen, stoppar huvudet i sanden?
Antagligen precis av samma anledning som de flesta människor.... att det är för jobbigt att se hur saker egentligen ser ut.
Förnekelsen är drivmedlet i all vägran att vilja se sanningen om sig själv och sin situation.
Idag ska jag våga titta på sanningen.... lite sanning i taget... även om den är smärtsam

Why do you often do as the ostrich, bury your head in the sand?
Probably exactly as the same reason that most people .... that it is too hard to see how things really look like.
The denial is the fuel of any refusal to want to see the truth about yourself and your situation.
Today I will dare to look at the truth .... some truth at a time ... even if it is painful
